TYPING A BARCODE? INCLUDE THE SMALL DIGITS
Type every number on the barcode — including the small digit printed to the left of the bars and the small digit to the right. On the Screamliner card the first small digit is a 0 and the last is a 4: 0 887961 12345 4 → enter 0887961123454. Missing those two digits is the usual reason a search finds nothing.
